Why we built this instead of operating by email alone
Traditional international logistics wastes time (and money) on questions that shouldn't need a human response: "where's my shipment?", "have the documents arrived?", "what's the total cost going to be with taxes?". Each of those questions has an answer that lives in a system, not in someone's memory. Building the platform doesn't replace the human team coordinating your shipment — it removes the repetitive work so they can focus on what actually requires judgment.

Public tools, no account required
Some pieces of the platform are public and don't require a session: public shipment tracking and the total import cost simulator are available to anyone, without registration. The full portal, with documents and invoicing for your active shipments, requires a client account.
A platform, not a separate software product
We don't charge for platform access as if it were software independent from the freight forwarding service — it's part of how we operate, not an add-on module billed separately. Each user on your team accesses only your company's information, with the same level of security you'd expect from any system holding sensitive commercial documentation.
